NEWS AROUND THE REGION ::NSO XII Forefronts 2009 Civil Registration Month Celebration:: Mandated to carry out and administer the provision of the Civil Registry Law (Act 3753 dated February 1931), the National Statistics Office, as always been, takes the lead in the annual observance of Civil Registration Month pursuant to Proclamation No. 682 issued by former President Corazon C.
